If you didn’t get it please check your bulk mail box (from mesacollegeband@gmail.com) be 100% sure to add your best email and/or your student’s email (if permission) to the form below if you’re not on the list but should be!
Please be sure to look for the opt-in confirmation message if you add your email to the list
If you’re on either one of the lists below, or you’ve confirmed with us, we welcome you to attend our camp! Please note some students on the May 15 list are marked as TBA. This means you may have already auditioned and we are still inputting scores. Alternatively, if you did not audition yet you can audition on MONDAY, May 29 (Memorial Day) between 1 pm – 4 pm at the MCC PAC. If your name is not on either of these lists and we somehow missed you, please fill out the form HERE then follow the instructions below.
Although we’ve completed nearly all the auditions we do have a final open audition slot on Memorial Day (one day prior to camp) from 1 pm to 4 pm in the PAC. Please see the necessary audition materials on the camp page below. This time will also be open for those who need to drop off last minute paper work. If you’re planning on coming to this last minute audition please add your information to the FORM above and email mesacollegeband@gmail.com to let us know you’re coming!

Camp Dates
Tuesday, May 30 – Friday, June 9, 2017 Concerts Will Be Thursday, June 8 and Friday June 9.
PLEASE NOTE: CAMP DAYS RUN FROM 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM (THE DAY NOW ENDS AT 12:30 PM)
Tentative Schedule
| Opening ceremonies: 9-9:10 |
| 1st session: 9:15-10:05, Concert Bands, Vocal, Strings, Rhythm section workshop. |
| 2nd session: 10:10-11:05, Instrumental Masterclasses, Vocal, String Workshops |
| 3rd session: 11:10-12pm – Same as Session 1 (some pull out for jazz) |
| Closing ceremonies: 12-12:30, Live Improv Sessions (student with faculty), staff performances, student talent shows, chamber concerts, rock bands and more! |
